Shipping Policy
- The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on your order and is not negotiable. It includes the cost of shipping, handling and packaging.
- We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
- Items are generally shipped out the next business day after your payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded).
- We ship from Santa Clara, CA via USPS. The shipment usually takes 2-7 business days.
- One order cannot be split for shipping to different locations or on different dates.
- Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your order is shipped out. We are not responsible for lost package after the package is delivered. Please track your package online to arrange pickup if necessary.
Return and Exchange Policy
Ewoomall.com offers high quality electronics, home appliances, home decor, furniture & pet supplies. We will do our best to satisfy every customer and we want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Here are the guidelines of our return and exchange policy.
Defective Item:
All of our products carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship unless otherwise noted in the product detail. We accept returns or exchanges within warranty period.
Shipped a Wrong Item:
- If we shipped a wrong item, the customer should contact us within 30 days after receiving the item. We will reship the right item to the customer asap.
- The wrong item should be returned via normal shipping service (USPS preferred), and we will reimburse the return shipping fee (not higher than the original shipping fee).
Bought a Wrong Item:
- If the customer bought a wrong item, then he is eligible for exchange, but not eligible for refund.
- The customer must contact us within 30 days after receiving the item and ask our customer service department for a RMA before returning the item.
- The customer should be responsible for return shipping fee, reshipping fee and price difference between the original item and the exchange item.
- The store will charge 15% restocking fee for returned items.
Cancel Order:
- If the order has been shipped, we can not cancel the order. The customer should contact our customer service department for a RMA and return the item. The customer is responsible for initial shipping fee and return shipping fee. The customer is also subject to 15% restocking fee for returned item. Once we receive the return item, we will process refund within 2 business days.
- If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order in our system and refund full amount to the customer.
Undeliverable Address:
If the customer provides wrong shipping address and the item is returned to us, we will send notice to the customer. The customer can request for reshipment and is responsible for initial shipping fee and reshipping fee. The customer is also subject to 15% restocking fee for returned item.
